Supreme Court Ruling on DHS Voter Database
Will Have No Impact on California’s 2026 General Election

Sacramento, Calif. – California's current election rules remain unchanged following today’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling, which allows the Trump Administration to proceed with expanding the federal SAVE database to determine voter eligibility.

“This ruling does not affect California’s upcoming general election, and to be clear, we do not have any intention to use this concerning database,” said California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D. “Make no mistake that the administration will continue their relentless attempt to undercut future elections to prioritize their own agenda, but California will not be participating in this charade.”

We provide fact-checked, civic educational Forums, Events, and Information
Our primary focus is the needs of the cities of
Cupertino and Sunnyvale, CA
- but we work with other Leagues and non-profite
  locally and nationally

We provide fact-checked, educational Forums, Events, and Information
Our membership is open to all US residents 16 and over, of any gender
Our primary focus is the needs of the cities of Cupertino and Sunnyvale, CA but we work with other Leagues locally and nationally
Through our advocacy organization, we:
- study issues,
- create Positions, and
- take action on those issues on which we have established a Position
