About the VOTER Newsletter and Eblasts

Ten times a year the Cupertino-Sunnyvale League publishes a newsletter with information of interest to both members and non-members. Anyone can request to receive the VOTER, but only members are automatically subscribed.

We also send out Email "Eblasts" to members, sometimes more than once a month.  You can access an archive of these here .

We send The VOTER via e-mail; it speeds delivery, reduces costs, and is easier on the environment. Members may request to receive a printed version via snail mail (USPS).

Read our most recent VOTER for July-August .

 .  Highlights include:

  • Annual Meeting Summary
  • Coming Events

The VOTER Archive

We save many years of previous VOTER newsletters in digital form for your reference.

PDF files of older VOTER newsletters (April 2005 to the present) are kept in publicly  accessible cloud disk storage.

Each file is named with the naming scheme VoterYYMM, where:

  • Voter is the same in every file
  • YY is the last two digits of the year
  • MM is the number of the month

So Voter0504 would be the newsletter from April, 2005. Just double-click on the name of the file to read it.

E-Blast Newsletter Archive

Most months we also sent an E-Blast news update
PDF files of our E-Blast email newsletters (August 2017 to the present) are kept in publicly  accessible cloud disk storage.

Originally, each file was named with the naming scheme EBlastYYMM, where:

  • EBlast is the same in every file
  • YY is the last two digits of the year
  • MM is the number of the month

So EBlast1708 would be the newsletter from August, 2017. Just double-click on the name of the file to read it.

As monthly E-Blasts began to proliferate, the day of the E-Blast was added, so the naming scheme
EBlastYYMMDD was added, where DD corresponds to the two character day number.
