October 5 through November 3, 2026

Candidates running for public office are applying for a job. Forums are like job interviews, and the voters are hiring. Who would hire an employee without interviewing them first?

The League of Women Voters has a long history of conducting candidate and measure forums. We work to provide a platform for voters to learn about who and what will be on their ballot.

To make our Forums more accessible we have moved to an online format, which is available live via Zoom and then uploaded to our YouTube channel and accessible online via the links below.

When will Forums be listed?

Forums will be listed as soon as we schedule all candidates for an office.
If you do not see a forum for a candidate, please bookmark this page and check back again
We're constatnelyr updating information on when Candidate and Measure Forums will be held and when the recording links will be posted.

FYI:

All candidates in local races affecting Sunnyvale and/or Cupertino will be invited by local Leagues to participate in LWV Candidate Forums.
However, not every local race will have a Candidate Forum, because:
The rules of the League of Women Voters require that a Candidate Forum may be held only if:
At least two candidates are running for the office
At least two candidates are present at the Forum

To get the link to a live online Forum you must register.
