LWVCS Voter Service Committee 


  
For over 100 years the League of Women Voters has worked to educate voters with impartial  information about:
  • how to get registered to vote
  • how and where to exercise your right to vote
  • the candidates running for office
  • the pros and cons of measures and propositions on the ballot


The Voter Service Committee of the League of Women Voters of Cupertino-Sunnyvale focuses on providing this information for residents in the:

  • Cities of Cupertino and Sunnyvale
  • School districts of:
    • Cupertino elementary and middle schools (CUSD),
    •  Sunnyvale elementary and middle schools (SSD),
    • Fremont Union High Schools (FUHSD), and
    • Foothill-De Anza Community College (FHDA

 

Currently, the Voter Service Team is focused on:


The Presidential and California General Elections November 5, 2024,

Ballots will be mailed to every registered voter in early October. 

We currently need workers for many activities - especially organizing and conducting  Forums in September and October related to: 

  • State Propositions and Local Measures Pros & Cons
  • US House District 17
  • State Assembly District 26
  • CA Senate District 13
  • Santa Clara County Supervisor District 5
  • Cupertino City Council (at Large)
  • Sunnyvale Mayor
  • 3 Sunnyvale City Council District Seats
  • Foothill-DeAnza Community College Trustees
  • Cupertino USD Board (at Large)
  • 3 Sunnyvale SD Board Seats
  • 2 Santa Clara USD Board Seats
  • 2 Fremont UHSD Board Seats
