For over 100 years the League of Women Voters has worked to assist voters with non-partisan  information about:
  • how to Register to Vote
  • how and where to Exercise Your Right to Vote
  • Providing non-partisan Election Forums about
    • the local Candidates running for office
    • the Pros and Cons of Measures and Propositions on the ballot
  • Social Media and Presentations about issues affecting our communities

LWVCS (the League of Women Voters of Cupertino-Sunnyvale) focuses on providing this information for residents of:

  • the Cities of Cupertino and Sunnyvale
  • the School districts of:
    • Cupertino elementary and middle schools (CUSD),
    • Sunnyvale elementary and middle schools (SESD),
    • Fremont Union High Schools (FUHSD), and
    • Foothill-De Anza Community College (FHDA
  • as well as relevant Bay Area, Water District and Santa Clara County issues

  • LWV Easy Voter Guide  – the Easy Voter Guide is a collaboration of the League of Women Voters of California Education Fund and the California State Library, covering state-wide candidates and issues.
  • Ballotpedia.org -  the unbiased digital encyclopedia of American politics and resource for information on elections and politics at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • PowerSearch.sos.ca.gov –  info about the  MONEY behind the state candidates and ballot measures, researched by the  California Secretary of State's office 
  • Federal Election Commission   –  info about the  MONEY behind state and national candidates, as tracked by the Federal Election Commission 
  • CA LAO Ballot Analysis -  – the Legislative Analyst's Office (LAO)  provides nonpartisan fiscal and policy advice to the state legislature,  estimates the fiscal effect on state and local government of all proposed initiatives and prepares analyses of all measures that qualify for the statewide ballot.
