There are many ways to help with getting the word out: - Staff a League table at a local event to inform people about events and the League - Write an article for the VOTER or EBlast newsletter - Help get candidates to fill out their information in the VOTE 411 online app. - Create articles and/or small-group presentations, especially in languages other than English

Community Involvement

Do you like meeting new people and talking about the mission of the League? Would you like to help staff our Table or Booth at Community Gatherings or help host an Open Coffee hour to chat with our neighbors? Introduce the work of the League to new citizens? Organize groups from our League to participate in community events that align with our Positions? Maybe even set up a team to help out in emergencies? Anything our League can and should do to support democracy in Sunnyvale and Cupertino!

We conduct a monthly open coffee hour, mostly via Zoom, but sometimes live and in-person, to just sit and chat with anyone who'd like to know a bit more about the things we do. We often have guest speakers on topics of interest to members and visitors. Are you interested in helping?

Right now you're looking at a software system that supports our website, member and non-member databases, and League management. It's called ClubExpress. We also use Quickbooks, Zoom, YouTube, and a lot of Google services, as well as website design.
